The heating standard
A fixed heater in good working order must be in the main living area, of an energy efficient type.
Window coverings
Bedrooms and the main living area need curtains or blinds that block light and give privacy.
Anchors
Cords and chains on blinds must be anchored so they cannot form a loop a child could reach.
Check before listing
These are simple to fix but stop a property being advertised until they are done.
